Reservations

Reservations for the mobile home can be made in several ways – via email, telephone, or through the booking form on the website.
If you wish to receive a non-refundable rate, please indicate this in the reservation notes.

Low Season

(1 April 2025 – 19 June 2025 and 1 September 2025 – 2 November 2025)

Regular Rate: €145.00 per night

After submitting your inquiry, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

To guarantee your reservation, a 30% advance payment of the total amount must be transferred to our bank account. Once the advance payment is received, the reservation becomes confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled and the 30% advance payment retained.

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.

• In case of cancellation 9–0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged (does not apply to non-refundable bookings).

• In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate: €130.00 per night

After submitting your inquiry, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

To guarantee your reservation, 100% advance payment of the total amount is required. Once payment is received, the reservation becomes confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

High Season

(20 June 2025 – 31 August 2025)

Regular Rate: €165.00 per night

• In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

To guarantee your reservation, 100% advance payment of the total amount is required. Once payment is received, the reservation becomes confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Additional Charges

• Pet: €10 per day

• Tourist tax and registration fee (payable at the resort reception according to the valid BIG BERRY Resort price list)

Included in the Price

• Rental of the fully equipped mobile home

• Bed linen and towels

• Final cleaning

Minimum Stay

• Low season: 2 nights

• High season: 3 nights during the week / 2 nights on weekends

For shorter stays, a 30% surcharge per night applies.

Pets are not included in the rental price.
Tourist tax and registration fee are not included and are payable at the resort reception (according to the valid BIG BERRY Resort price list).

VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94(1) of the Slovenian VAT Act.
